TigerDrive

Sullivan Products TigerDrive

Introduction

Are you tired of yanking on a pull start to fire your nitro-powered truck or car up? Does the thought of lugging around a starter box not seem practical, if you even have the option at all depending upon the vehicle? If you've answered yes to these questions, the Sullivan Products TigerDrive may be just what you're looking for.

Sullivan Products makes a TigerDrive for just about any motor available on the market. It mounts onto the rear of the motor, and the socket for the starter shaft can be turned in any direction so that you can easily insert the starter shaft into the TigerDrive when starting the motor. The TigerDrive accepts a 7/32 inch hex shaft that is available from Sullivan Products as well.

The TigerDrive gives you the best points of all the various starting methods rolled into one total package. You avoid the added weight of on onboard starter, without having to lug around a heavy starter box. While you will need to provide a cordless drill, or rotary starter, and a glow igniter, that's nothing more than you'd need for other handheld starting methods such as HPI's Roto-start. The best part is the price, which is comparable to a pullstart's price for most motors.
