Fullforce RC Revo BumpersIntroduction
What's an owner supposed to do if they want to avoid the plain black or scratched stock bumpers at the front of their Revo? Why, talk to Fullforce RC of course! Fullforce RC has a bumper set specifically made for the Traxxas Revo from T6 6061 aluminum and a ¼ inch thick for superb protection while beating on your truck. The bumpers are offered in two options, anodized blue and polished aluminum. While they aren't completely scratch-proof, these bumpers withstand the rigors of off-road action much better than the factory plastic bumpers. The anodized coating is tough, which helps to resist more scratches than the stock plastic and the polished finish will show even fewer scratches due to the fact there's no color for rocks to scratch through. These aluminum bumpers will give you the ultimate in protection for the front, or rear, or your Revo. Where a plastic bumper may fail, the aluminum will take a beating and come back for more. The best part is that these bumpers were designed to use the stock bumper mounts, which retains the impact absorption of the stock Revo setup. This allows an impact, or hard hit, to be dispersed rather than transferring straight to the chassis.

Protecting the front end of your Revo is a tough task. This duty is handled by the front and rear bumpers, which are plastic. While the stock bumpers hold up well considering the abuse they often receive, it isn't too long before they can start to show some tremendous signs of wear. Not too long after you start driving, the silver finish starts to wear off, allowing the black to show through very plainly. No wonder many people end up stripping the bumpers of the silver finish to help deter the scratched look on their bumpers.
