Full Suspension Set

Aerosticks Suspension Links

Introduction

Looking for a way to rid yourself of some weight, but still strengthen up your Maxx? If so, then Aerosticks believes they have the solution you're looking for. The product is their suspension link set, which comes in a few different configurations so you can accommodate whatever budget you may be on. However, no matter what path you choose, the end result will be suspension links that are stronger than the stock parts, but lighter as well.

Aerosticks are made from a carbon-fiber composite, which provides an incredible amount of strength. In addition to that, the rod itself measures at nearly 6mm in diameter, which is much larger than the stock parts they replace. Many people may insist that carbon-fiber is a poor choice for RC parts, but I would beg to differ. I've used quite a few carbon-fiber parts on cars, and not only are they very lightweight, but they are very strong as well.

The Aerosticks offer a feature I have yet to see on other similar solutions. That is that they allow adjustment without them having to be removed. All you need is an 8mm wrench. That is a huge benefit, and saves a lot of time as well. For those concerned about the weight reduction, you'll see a drop of around .47 oz.

The Aerosticks parts are a direct replacement for the stock parts, and even use the stock rod ends. You can purchase either the full set, which includes four links to handle both the rear toe and steering links, or you can purchase the pairs individually. No matter which route you take, the links are affordable. All it takes is to replace a stock link twice, and you could have bought a pair of Aerosticks and have a much stronger solution.
