Reader's Rides

This area is your chance to show off your ride, and what you've done with it. It's a great place for you to let others see what you've done with your RC car or truck, and for you to possibly get ideas from someone else. This section is open for anyone, however there are a few things I should address:

  • The photos will not be able to be hot-linked from other sites. Due to bandwidth concerns I don't need forum threads pointing to me as a picture host. So while the pictures will be visible on Misbehavin-RC, they will not be able to be inserted into other sites. You are more than welcome to link to the Reader's Rides page from other sites however.

  • Pictures must be good quality pictures. Make sure the truck fills the majority of the picture. After all we're wanting to see your truck, not the grass behind it. Likewise out of focus and blurry pictures will not be used either. Think of how well the pictures look in your favorite RC magazine, and use them as an example when shooting your own.

  • Keep the pictures clean. Pictures with questionable content will not be allowed.

  • Feel free to send me the photo in any size. I will resize it as necessary to fit into the Reader's Ride section. However make sure the photo is in a universal format such as .jpg, .bmp, or .tif. Proprietary formats may not be able to be opened.

Now that you know the rules and stipulations, you'll need to know how to send me you picture.

  • Send your picture to me via email at eric@misbehavin-rc.com. The subject of the e-mail should state "Misbehavin' RC Reader's Rides".

  • In the body provide your first name, city and state. Last names will not be used. If you prefer to use a forum name instead, make sure you list the forum you frequently visit.

  • Feel free to provide a list of your upgrades as well, but list the ones you feel are most important first. If the list is exceptionally long it may be shortened for display on the site.

  • Feel free to submit more than one ride, however do not submit the same truck more than once. Please put each truck in a separate e-mail.

  • RC's do not need to be made by Traxxas. This is open to any RC vehicle.

If you have any questions regarding anything related to the Reader's Rides section, feel free to e-mail me at eric@misbehavin-rc.com
